Our Process

At the very roots of the process lie registered orchards dedicated to maintaining meticulous records of operations,   adhering to the Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority's (APEDA) guidelines. Mangoes destined for export are carefully harvested at the fully-mature stage by specially designed      harvesters. These handpicked fruits, only healthy and visually appealing,     find their way into clean, disinfected ventilated plastic crates.

Registered packinghouses follow documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) approved by the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage (Dte of PPQS), ensuring the highest standards of desapping, cleaning, washing, dipping, grading, handling, and packing of mango fruits. Fruits undergo rigorous inspection upon arrival at the facility, ensuring they originate from registered orchards.

Authorized treatment facilities, certified by USDA-APHIS, PPQ, CPHST, ensure compliance with approved phytosanitary irradiation treatments. Following the Irradiation Operational Work Plan  between India and the USA, these facilities exclusively accept mangoes from registered packinghouses. Rejected articles are swiftly isolated to prevent any accidental shipment to the USA.

For air shipments, our mangoes undergo X-ray security checks upon arrival at Mumbai Airport. They are then carefully strapped into small shipping units and loaded into LD-3 or air containers to maintain freshness. In case of delays or cancellations, treated packages are secured in cold storage at the perishable air cargo complex, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.
