We will work with you  in the event that  you receive fruit that is damaged from outside or  if there is a weight discrepancy with the amount of fruit received.

Alphonso is a sensitive mango for imports it can spoil itself due to irradiation process mandatory by USDA other fruits like Kesar and Banganpalli with stand the process well. It’s unfortunate that our favorite mango Alphonso king of mangoes is sensitive and can be spoiled during ripening.All importers for USA are aware of this issue and it’s really beyond anyone control unless USDA removes the irradiation mandate for mangoes.Our team has put lot of efforts to get this mangoes from India managing all the rigorous process by APEDA and USDA.

We wont be able to provide any refund for MANGOES if they are spoiled from inside due to irradiation or spongy tissue issue.

Fresh Mangoes wont be able to refund for the mangoes if they spoil themselves due to spongy tissue or they go bad from inside.

  The customer accepts this policy before ordering the fruits from Fresh Mangoes and wont ask for refund for any fruits.  We are in perishable fruits business and spoilage of perishable item is common in imports, Customers accepts this before ordering fruits from fresh mangoes. 

Please note we do ensure the fruits are delivered in a proper condition and on time. Its possible due to some unavoidable circumstances and import issues  your orders are delayed but we will ensure  you get the product you ordered as we have promised.
